Shipping. All orders are shipped within 2 business days from the time an order is placed. All orders are shipped Via Canadapost services including regular ground, Expedited Mail, Xpresspost and Priority Courier. Upon checkout, you are provided with the option of choosing your preferred method of shipping.
All delivery times are estimates provided by Canadapost. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your order according to the approximate delivery time provided by Canadapost.
If you choose to pick up your order via the "Walk In" option upon checkout, please note that we will notify you within 1 business day that your order is ready to pick up.
Return Policy. In order to return any purchases made on our Site, you must contact refundrequest@inspiredlife.ca with your full name, date of purchase, order number, products being returned and reason for the return. The following conditions must be met in order for your refund request to be approved:
- Refund request must be received by Inspired Life Health Centre within 15 calendar days of original purchase date.
- Item must be in original, resalable condition.
- Item must be unopened and packaging must be untampered with.
- Item must be received by Inspired Life Health Centre within 30 calendar days of original date purchase.
- Item must be a returnable product. Formula products are final sale.
Although not mandatory, Inspired Life Health Centre advises you to send your shipment using a tracking service like Canadapost Xpresspost, UPS, Purolator Courier or FedEx so that you know exactly when your order is received by us.
